Body Itch and no Sweat Remedy

Itching is one reaction that occurs very naturally whenever the skin comes in contact with anything in the outer environment which it either does not recognize or is antagonistic to. Itching may also be caused due to internal inflammation of the veins or capillaries. But all these reasons are fit to suit the conditions where the itching is concentrated in a particular area. Itching in all the body parts simultaneously is a something which requires a deeper understanding. Causes:
The skin is the outer most covering of the body and also acts as a barrier for the invading particles. Since it is the outermost it is bound to get affected by changes in the environment. The skin type differs from person to person. There might a skin kind which tends to dry up very quickly, and especially in cold weather.
Dry skin is the most humdrum reason for a whole body itch. When the atmospheric climate becomes colder than usual the skin fat may also freeze and the skin and become dry and patchy. This skin when stretched may cause itching.

Another significant cause for body itch is impure blood. Our intake may contain a hell lot of junk for the body which finally finds its way into the blood vessels. Also inadequate excretions through the kidney and bowels may put the impurities back into the blood flow. Low or improper perspiration can also be the cause.

Remedies:
For a body itch caused due to dry skin, all you have to do is get hold of a moisturizing lotion for the body. In colder regions this is a must and also when you are travelling to a different climatic region. But make sure that the lotion suits your skin and not add up to the problem.
A salt less and controlled diet can help reduce the risk of blood going impure. Also make sure you drink loads of water in the day so that the contaminants are made more mobile and are passed out of the body with the urine.
